Tuning Waiver

As the “Customer”, I hereby represent that I have full authority to authorize the testing and tuning of this vehicle and to enter into this Waiver/Release.

I am aware that the tuning procedure is intended to and will be to maximize power and performance at wide-open throttle to simulate stress similar to that which the vehicle would experience during operation on the road/track; therefore, I understand that it is susceptible to the same risks as on the road/track which may cause wear and tear or complete damage to, but not limited to: engine, powertrain and/or tire/wheel failure or damage. I know and accept the risk of running my vehicle on the dynamometer, hereby known as the “dyno”; as well as the risks of tuning the engine to maximize power, torque and response. This also includes the risk of ECU damage or corruption of data during the flashing/upload/download process.

As the “Customer” I hereby represent that I know the condition of the vehicle and I assure that it is in acceptable condition to be street, dyno or remote tuned. I represent that all parts of the vehicle are in good condition and are capable of full power and full throttle performance during any testing/tuning being performed.

Therefore, I hereby release Eagle Eye Canada from any liability of any nature for damage or other losses, which may be sustained as a result of the testing/tuning process.
Payment Procedure

On initiation of service (ECU Read), a 50% deposit is required with the balance due once the service (Tuning) has been completed.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, once a service request has been submitted, no refunds will be permitted.
Eagle Eye Canada does not share your information. It is collected voluntarily and is only used to process your tuning services & invoices.
By signing this waiver, the customer authorizes Eagle Eye Canada to operate and tune the vehicle to the limits stated above. With my signature, I agree to all conditions, risk and self-liability of my vehicle and agree to free Eagle Eye Canada from any liability and cause of action, which might arise from the use of my vehicle on our equipment or during the tuning process.
